Single-month subscriptions will automatically end once the contracted period has expired. For renewable subscription-based plans, you must go to the "My Products" section within your Personal Area and cancel the subscription yourself.
To request the cancellation of any other type of subscription, you must contact our Commercial Support Center through any of our channels (912302032, info@apk2, our chat, or our WhatsApp channel).
