How do I cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your reservation up to one hour before it starts. To do so, you need to log in on the website (https://apk2gestion.com/es/login) using the same email address you used to make the reservation. In the case of a modification, the original reservation will be refunded and a new charge will be generated. The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 3 business days.
