How can I cancel a ZBE fine?

If the parking is located within the Low Emission Zone, don’t worry, if you meet the conditions established by the City Council, you can enter the ZBE and park in our parking lot without any problems since we send all license plates to the City Council daily. If due to an incident or error you are fined, you can contact our Commercial Customer Service Center through any of our channels (912302032, info@apk2.es, our chat, or our WhatsApp channel). Provide us with your stay details (license plate, date, and time) and the corresponding parking lot, and shortly we will send you a certificate of your stay in our parking lot by email. Remember that only the fined person can file appeals against these fines, but do not hesitate to ask us for any documentation you need.
